Liquor Board program ships wine to PA homes

December 28, 2011 — Can’t find a particular product in the state’s wine and liquor stores? You might be able to find it online and have it shipped to your front door.

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board sells a fraction of what’s in its stores… on its website at

Now, in an effort to make Pennsylvania’s state-run liquor stores more consumer friendly, last month the state Liquor Control Board kicked off a home-shipping pilot program.
